Got myself a sweet pair of running shoes yesterday! They cost so much but I had to have them because of all my problems with my feet and my right knee. The last 3 months I have been running 2-3 times a week and now I'm trying to run 10k every day. Only problem is my knees. In September is Oslo marathon and that's the goal.
Besides that I look like this now! It's crazy, and last night I was bigger. I'm taking fiber supplements now and I hope it will get better soon! Normally I can see my abs.. This is craycrayDo you guys want more posts about what I'm doing to get ready for running a half marathon? Like what type of running and how long, fast and all that stuff?
